This saying is an indirect way of saying that everyone has some fault or shortcoming due to the fallibility of man. Only the sky has no imperfection or permanent flaws. Human beings, however, are not perfect.

A wedding festival for a man’s head is a poetic way to say that rain on a sunny day is a really pleasant experience. One feels the cooling, soft rain on a hot day without clouds or darkness. The mixture of rain and sun is like a massage for the head.

ahstvahdzuh mehg, eehr uhstehdzahdzuh hahzahr ou mehg
This is similar to the Vedic aphorism “eko bahu sham,” God is one, but He has become many.
God is the origin of everything. He does not create from nothing or from a void. He expands His inconceivable energies and becomes many. Just as a mother and father unite and from them come many children. They are two and they become many. But God has incredible power and does not need anyone to help Him create. He simply expands His own material and spiritual energies and infinite living beings and other things are manifest.Just as a husband and wife desire to increase their happiness in life by having children, God also seeks to increase His pleasure potency by expanding Himself into infinite living entities that are all distinct persons like He is. He endows every living entity with a measure of free will. Thus, the scenario is prepared for genuine loving relationships with God and His obedient servants. Real love cannot exist without free will. But, with free will comes the possibity that the servant of God may revolt and refuse to share love with Him. In a family, sometimes the children revolt against the parents and refuse to cooperate with them. One child may remain always faithful and loving toward the parents and another may reject them. Therefore, we see loyal servants of God who really love and sacrifice for Him and disloyal servants who forget Him or work against Him.
Free will brings responsibility and risk with it.
